School Meals

School meals are paid for through ParentMail, our cashless payment system. 

In the primary phase you will receive an email/SMS message from ParentMail asking you to register an account.  Once you have registered, please download the app and log in.  Payments can be made for school meals on the Account page.  

In the secondary phase you will continue to use a ParentMail account which your child will access via either biometric ID (their fingerprint) or a PIN. You are asked to consent to us holding biometric data in our admissions pack when your child joins the secondary phase. This will be set up for them in their first few days of school. A PIN can be issued to students without consent for biometric ID. Parents/Carers are asked to keep their child’s account topped up to ensure they are able to pay for their meals. You can do this via the ParentMail app. There is a daily spending limit of £6, please let the school office know if you would like this increased, or decreased, for your child. If your child tries to make a purchase with insufficient funds, you will be notified and requested to make an immediate payment.
